Can anyone tell me how will I know when the regrade has been done?? Yesterday, the following closed reply was in 'My Questions' -

Bandwidth usage has been reset
Is this anything to do with DSL Max?? I haven't a clue.
Thank You for any help anyone can give.

Re: Quert re: DSLMax

Hi there,
That's an automatically generated ticket reply.  You're normally moved to Max within about 2 weeks.
The bandwidth usage service notice is merely telling you that your usage has been reset as per your starting a new billing month,
