Queries regarding my switchover

Switching my BB to plusnet from bt, last communicae was that switchover should complete march 29th, with a minor downtime. Currently my BB is down and has been since before 7am this morning the 28th(so up to now that's about 7 hours and counting) is that normal? and I'm also a  little concerned that the 29th is also a bank holiday, any idea if  this going to affect the switchover?

have you changed to the Plusnet router or changed the details in the existing one
Which lights on the router are green and which are red

Hi,
I've just taken a look at the order on our suppliers systems which has completed. I've manually activated your account on our systems so you should be up and running now providing you have connected the router we have sent you?

Well I'm in work till later on this eve, so I'll connect it all up when I get home as the mrs' wouldn't have a scooby!
