Put you phone number in to the BT checker that I linked - that will give you the latest update.

I did, the only mention of any kind of date was 'The Stop Sale date for Datastream is from 30-Jun-2012; the Formal Retirement date for Datastream is from 30-Jun-2014.', which did not sound like what you asked about.

It looks like you are on an exchange line (connect direct to the exchange and not to a cabinet). That means no FTTC.

Yeah I don't have high hopes for fast internet anytime soon, I just want this problem fixed if possible

The Delta report is where the BT systems inform Plusnet of the IP Profile which is then used to set the current line speed. As yours match that isn't the issue here.
