Recently changed (29th July) to Plusnet from SSE. Line speed has varied enormously so far (3mbps to 50mbps), but that hopefully stops once optimum speed is established. My problem is when connecting to my work VPN, connection drops either completely or hovers around 3mbps (if speed test can even be run). Spoke with tech support this morning who was not aware of any vpn issues despite there being numerous posts online. I have set up static IP but the problem remains. What else can be done? No issues with VPN whilst with SSE.
