Hey there.
It appears your service has been ceased and reprovided on our new network, giving your account a new BT reference number.

This is my personal Community Forum account to help out around these parts while I'm at home. If I'm posting from the 1st March 2020, this means I'm off-duty with no access to internal systems.

Could you please tell me why this has happened as we have had plusnet for several months and will this effect speed as xbox gaming has recently started lagging.

The service notice you've referenced is for internal notes only, it's not something to worry about which is why we wouldn't have emailed it to you.

We've invested in building a new network and are moving customers over to it, doing this gives a new line reference (the BBEU number).

What games are you having problems with?
