Prospective cust on O2 needs Digital Care member

I've been talking to this chap on tbb forums.
I answered the initial question - that isn't the issue.
He has LLU broadband and WLR phone with O2. I explained how things can get in a mess with the usual PN system of moving the broadband, then the line a few weeks later, as O2 can cease the line.
Please could one of the Digital Care team pop over there and chat to him :). It really does need to be a SIM provide or line before broadband.
