Proposed Forum Layout
I'm just back from a week away and was appalled by the 'bloat' at the top of the community support page. 
By all means have subsections, but if it continues I will probably not bother to visit the page. The information that people are interested in comes a long way down the page - past a banner, a whole screen of sub forum details and a series of stickies.
No wonder the system is running slow - 190KB just to read the index.
Can't we just choose to see the main community site, in the same way that we can choose to see just the 'Home phone' sub-forum' with none of the bloat?
