Progress on "internal problems"

Is there any way to find out how an "internal problem" is progressing?
I raised a ticket (22459215) just over a week ago as mail is still being sent to an account that I deleted a redirect to.  I was told that my problem had been assigned to "internal problem 43666".
Is there any way to track it as it doesn't appear on the list of issues I can see via the portal?

No they are not trackable by customers. All you can do is 1) see if a comms agent sees this and can check or 2) ask in a ticket on the progress.

Re: Progress on "internal problems"

Hi there,
That particular problem is with a developer at the moment and is being worked on. We should have some more progress in terms of the fix over the next couple of days.

Further to the above, all priority 1 problems are published to the portal, however this particular issue is a priority 2 problem so is only available on the internal network.

Thanks for the replies.
Already asked in the ticket - was just curious as to whether these could be tracked!
Hopefully there'll be a fix soon!
