Profiles.... yet again!

Currently do BT send delta reports to Plusnet, only if the BT profile has changed one or more steps up or down in the 500kbps step method.  So if no change no delta report?

No, we've seen delta reports that show the same speed as the previous one if nothing has changed.

Re: Profiles.... yet again!

My IP profile upped to 15577 Kbps  Cool following a re-synch on Saturday, but my Current line speed remains at 15 Mb. I raised a ticket (#48538647) which was answered "Unfortunately our systems haven't been updated with the new profiles yet, we can only still change it to 15000,16000 etc. When the Delta reports come through we will be changing our system to update profiles in increments of 100, apologies for any inconvenience."
I thought that the PlusNet current line speed could be set at less than 1000 intervals? If so, could mine be set to either 15500 or 15600 to match my BT profile, please?

Re: Profiles.... yet again!

Hi Jaggies,
I've set that to 15500 for you now. I can see where the confusion came from with the agent as the systems still show the old rounded profiles.

Re: Profiles.... yet again!

Thanks. Until I re-synched on Saturday because I had to reboot the router, the connection had been in synch for nearly 8 weeks.
Hopefully, it'll stay in synch until the system change in December Wink
