Hi there
For some reason your line had become banded on our suppliers systems.
I've forced a reset through for you now and if you run a speedtest shortly you should see a massive improvement.
If your still having issues please let us know.

Matthew,
Anything indicating why the line has been banded? If the cause has not been identified and fixed, there is every possibility of it being promptly returned to that state by the DLM.
Kevin
kdallison,
A warn welcome to the forums.
Is there any noise on your line? Dial 17070 option 2 using a corded phone in the master socket.
Is the router plugged into the master socket?
Can you please gather the information requested here - http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,96155.0.html
Thanks,
Kevin
