Profile tweak

Hi PN any chance my profile can be set back to what it was (around 76-78) i know its only a small change at the moment but with me installing new networking kit to replace that technicolour house brick... its started to impact my profile with dc's when i make config changes.

Ps any clue why my thinkbroadband monitor is noticing the pings creeping up around 6am when everyone's asleep lol

Your current sync rate is set at 76.7Mb/s so your profile is at 74.2Mb/s which is correct.
Nothing to suggest anything in particular to syggest why your ping may creep up at 6 am, you've only had one disconenction at that time;

Interleaving is current;y on your connection at the lowest level possible which contributes to ping increases.

Thanks for the reply i noticed it starting to slip with regards to my config changes, ive held off making any further configs that will cause a reboot for a few days (do you have a rough guide of how long i cant wait without being penalised by the system) and can interleaving be pulled full stop? first 2 days pings were a nice steady 8-10 (was the a reason it was turned on or is this auto?)
