Hi
I previously had an issue with my line speed as of this thread http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,106613.0.html
BT have now fixed the issue with my line so it should all be good from my end. i have run the speed tests again and it looks like my profile has dropped from what it previously stood at when I first ran the tests.
Could my profile (up and down speed) please be reset as of my previous tests
Thanks
Cressa

There are two different problems
The Plusnet profile needs to be raised to match the BT IP profile - without intervention this should take 2 or 3 days
Your upstream has been capped - you need to request it be uncapped

I've uncapped the upstream for you, this will take around 24 hours to take effect. Your Plusnet Profile is set correctly, are still seeing poor throughput speeds?

Hi
im still getting around 9.71mbps downspeed, if I do a speed test. From looking at my profile before the line fault with BT this was set to around 20mbps and I would get around 18mbps download - will my profile reset itself back to this in a couple of days

Hi just reset my router after seeing my profile has been reset and the speeds are back up to normal again
I'll just wait to see the uncapping work on my up and I should be good to go, thanks for your help
