Hi,
Unfortunately we're not able to carry out DLM Resets.
I've created some documentation on how FTTC DLM works here: http://community.plus.net/library/browsing/fttc-dlm-what-it-is-how-it-works/
From what I can see, DLM has had to apply a high level of Interleaving on your line due to a high number of errors on your line, and you've lost some of your original speeds as a result of this too. Unfortunately it's near impossible for us to be able to tell what's caused the increase in errors on your line.
It might be worth looking at anything that's been installed and put in place in your locality recently that might cause electrical interference. If there's nothing you can think of, it's probably worth raising a fault with us at http://faults.plus.net so our Faults Team can investigate further.
