Profile reset please

BT have been and replaced my master socket and done some rewiring, seems to have improved things, could I request a profile reset as well please.

Hi there,
I've just looked at your account and can see a fault is open with our suppliers so I don't want to risk an SNR reset whilst the service is in fault.
I note that the connection is looking fairly stable now but if you can confirm the fault is fixed we'll be able to look at a line reset if strictly needed.
