Please action this on Monday morning.
We had an overnight power cut last night which was restored at 8.30 this morning. My fibre internet connection didn't recover so I powered down my new modem & router & switched them back on. Wow, for the very first time I'm achieving the speeds which the engineer reported I should be getting when he replaced my modem a couple of weeks ago. This is an increase in the D/L of 10 Mb/s!
Therefore, could my profile now be reset accordingly? Thanks, Nick

I checked jaggies & I see the following message "There's no speed estimate currently held on your account".
For PN staff, my speeds are till maintaining a healthy level so if a profile reset is required then please go ahead. As always, thanks for your continued superb customer support.

I've had a look at your account and your connection profile is set correctly. There shouldn't be any restrictions on your line whatsoever. Glad you're enjoying the faster speeds now!

Thanks Linn K, I most certainly am. I just don't understand from where the additional speed has suddenly appeared after nearly 18 months as a happy PN fibre customer. I assume that it must be something to do with the replacement modem being a better piece of kit, which is what the engineer intimated.
