Profile refresh please

Noticed speed has been gradually dropping over the past few weeks. Re-synced the router yesterday and the sync speed has jumped back up and BTW are showing 4.55 Mbps for the IP profile but you are still showing line speed at 2.6. Could you give the profile a nudge for me please?

That's been adjusted for you. You'll need to log into your router, hit 'Disconnect' and 'Connect' for the changes to take effect.
