Hi Joanne, could you give my broadband speed a "nudge". It has not changed from about 6500Mb for the last few days, I have been continuosly connected for several days, then a mysterious disconnection yesterday not caused by me. I did run the BT checker a few days ago which said my download speed could be 9750 approx. I had this speed at the start of the CN21 connection then it went downhill with my "old" router. But the "new" thomson router has not produced any speed improvement. Hoping for a return to a faster speed. Martin.
