Profile not updated in 34+ hours - polite request for a nudge please

Hi PN gang,
Following the shenanigans of the past month or so, we've now (hopefully) got a stable connection with a stable router in a stable master socket. BT speedtest has been reporting a profile of 13.55Mbps for the last few days, the connection hasn't been dropped from 15361kbps for 34+ hours now, but the PN line speed has remained at 10.1Mb from a few days ago. Please could it be manually matched to the profile speed.?

Hmm. It seems to have moved to 11.6 since posting the last message. Was that a PN provoked shift or a natural one?

Hi there,
Nope it wasn't us a connection report from our suppliers (delta report) seems to have triggered that as intended at around 8.40AM today.

Thanks as always for the fast response from the PN team (and forum members too) on here.
So is the current PN line speed of 11.6Mb what it should be with a reported DownStream Connection Speed 15361 kbps (for 41+ hours) and the IP profile of 13.55Mbps or would I be expecting it to update again in the near future?

It should be the same as the IP profile (rounded down to the nearest 100).

In the back of my mind that's what I thought should happen. Not sure why it would report a speed of 11.6Mb when the IP was running at 13.55Mbps so many hours before. I'll see if it updates again itself (unless a kind PN bod would like to have a little look and nudge it  Wink ).
