Profile mismatch

My BT profile has been 12902 kbps for the last five days but my Plusnet profile has stayed at 10000kbps.  Could someone from PN please fix? Screen shots are attached.

Hi,
Unfortunately on the delta report side (the ones we receive and update your Plusnet profile from) it's still set at 10000. I'll update our side to 12900 which may well make a difference, but as soon as another update is received it'll update again and most likely to 10000 once more.
