Profile correct?

Hi,
Just wondering, as the BT engineer claimed the Cab was giving a speed of 40.5 (or thereabouts) and my end achieved approx 39.6, is it possible that I'm on the wrong speed profile as I'm supposed to be on unlimited 80/20?
Should the cab end not show well above the 40 the engineer stated?

Re: Profile correct?

Hi there,
Our System profile is not matching your current speed, I've changed that to match so you should see an increase in the next 10-15 minutes.

Hi,
I ran the BT speed test with diagnostics option
I.P profile seems to suggest I'm not getting what I should be?

Download speedachieved during the test was - 35.06 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 38.2 Mbps-47.75 Mbps .
Additional Information:
IP Profile for your line is - 47.75 Mbps

Upload speed achieved during the test was - 7.15Mbps
Additional Information:
Upstream Rate IP profile on your line is - 20 Mbps

Re: Profile correct?

Tbh if you ran that recently I wouldn't entirely trust it as I have noticed my results drop somewhat in the evenings (it can go to single digits sometimes  Crazy). Try it in the morning and see if it differs.

Re: Profile correct?

It maybe worth disconnecting the router from the web interface, waiting 30,seconds then reconnecting. (http://192.168.1.254/cgi/b/is/_pppoe_/dt/?be=0&l0=2&l1=2&name=Internet)
NB: DO NOT reboot the router or modem, as this may affect DLM
