Profile check / reset?

Hello, I recently had a bad router and a number of disconnects.  New router has been installed since yesterday.
Since then my download speed is only about 6Mb instead of the usual 16-ish.
Downstream/upstream stats look about normal - does something need to be reset on the plusnet end?
ADSL Link               Downstream     Upstream
Connection Speed 18866 kbps 1228 kbps
Line Attenuation 13.5 db     5.6 db
Noise Margin         6.1 db        5.9 db

EDIT:
I found some old stats for the exact same connection for comparison - is it the noise margin that requires a tweak back down?
OLD STATS:
ADSL Link  Downstream  Upstream
Connection Speed  20391 kbps  1159 kbps
Line Attenuation  14.5 db  5.0 db
Noise Margin  3.1 db  6.2 db

The profiles look correct on your account.
I'd expect you to be getting more than 6Mbps with the sync speeds/profile that's in place Huh
Having said this, I've put a request through to drop it back down 3db SNR target, however if it does start dropping again it could go back up automatically.

Thanks HarryB - I seem to recall having this once before and dropping the SNR did the trick

EDIT: that was quick, SNR back down to 3db and the speed has shot up to 15-16Mb  Grin  Hooray!!
