Hi,
My download speed when I joined plusnet in June was on stable 3.4mb then during August it reduced to 2.2mb and seems to have been capped. Could this be uncapped as line is able to handle high speed.
Thank you

Hi there,
I've just been looking into this for you. Diagnostics don't indicate a profile issue as that is set appropriately for the synch speed of the connection.
Does your phone line have a <a href="http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/master-socket-guide.shtml/">test socket</a> that you could connect the router to?
Let me know if you have so we can arrange performing a line test when connected to it.
