Profile bump please

Thanks to the much appreciated efforts of PlusNet support staff and 2 visits from OpenReach engineers I now seem to have a very stable line and a much faster sync. My BT profile is now 3.25Mbps but my PlusNet profile seems to be stuck on 3Mbps. Could someone from PlusNet give it a kick please?

I read somewhere you can only get 88% of the bt profile
so your not far out

Not quite right there.  The BT profile is 88.2% of the SYNC speed (3.69Mbps for me at the moment) which is 3.25Mbps.  The PlusNet profile should be the same as the BT profile rounded down to the nearest 100Kbps, ie 3.2Mbps in my case.
