I moved home on 2nd April from London to Norfolk and my internet connection with Plusnet was successfully transferred to my new telephone number once BT had connected my line (new overhead cable and pole required due to existing faults on the line I took over) on 21st April. But this change is not reflected in my current profile on the Plusnet site and the BT speedtest does not recognise me.
Can anything be done? More than satisfied with the connection speed!

You won't get very good speeds as it's a long way from Norfolk to Leytonstone exchange. Have you entered the correct telephone number?

I don't seem to be able to get any profile results for your connection.
Could you possibly try the BT Speedtester again and if it's still not working then to PM me with your username in case I've been trying the wrong one.

Thanks James for sorting that out and I did eventually achieve a BT speedtest.
@itsme - of course I'm not stupid enough to enter the wrong telephone number - but I am stupid enough to enter my user name without the following @plusdsl.net It's been a long while since I had to use that.

You did say you'd moved from "London to Norfolk", I guess you meant "Norfolk to London"
