Profile adjustment please

I've been sync'd at this or thereabouts since April:
20455 kbps
Not sure why there is no speed estimate there always used to be?
Can the profile be reset please?

The IP Profile for sync speed 20455kbps is 18.046Mbps. Rounding down to the nearest 0.1Mbps makes 18.0Mbps which matches Plusnet's Current line speed.
You can populate the Estimated line speed entry by going into Product Change, clicking the Change my products button then leaving to page. Doing that won't affect your current product.
