Hi I think my profile has stuck, I have moved my router to the master socket and it is now syncing at 5600 however my profile seems to remain at 3000 ,can someone take a look sometime
When did you do this? It can take a few days for BT's equipment to raise a profile. It is worth checking that BT and PN have the same profile. Get the BT profile from here, and PN's from here.
