Profile Lift Request

I have just had a telephone line fault repaired after over a month of no landline phone service and very slow (but thankfully still functional) broadband.  So my Plusnet Current Line Speed is 0.9Mbps whilst my router sync rate is 9635kbpsand my BT IP Profile is 8.5Mbps.  I would be very grateful if Plusnet could remove the disparity as I really want to put all memories of this traumatic phone fault behind me.

Belated thanks, Matt.  It's SO good to be able to ask something and get a response - unlike with my telephone provider.
