We do seem to be getting some strange behaviour since the system change. I have raised an internal problem so we can get this investigated (ref:68816)

It look like profile had now return to 16874K after reboot my router. Don't know why it had a big drop! There is no thunderstorm in my area, Probably down to heavy rainfalls!

Hi jojo or any plusnet staff , can you please removed upstream uncapped 1279K back to default 448K because I believe that uncapped upload will affect downstream reduce!

Please cancel this order, it was caused by wrong plusnet profile at 13000K while BT profile is 15971K.
