Hi Guys,
I have had a lot of disconnections over the weekend for some unknown reason. I had an email to say that PN will now be turning on interleaving (something that I don't think will be needed considering the line is only 200 meters long, I live next to the exchange an the first report connection on a EO line)
Can someone from PN check my profile as the Upload seems to be limited to around 600Kbps (max rate is showing as 888Kbps on the router) with a SNR of 13.1 (seems quite high considering recent SNR rates).
There is also the issue as why this keeps happening. I have had a number of engineers out the first one said that there was an issue with the line and would need to be replaced if this kept happening. THe other said that there isn't an issue and its an issue with PlusNet.
This is starting to get a bit of a joke that it keeps happening on a monthly basis and is even more frustrating when trying to do basic task like web browsing.

Hi,
Did this problem http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,134957.msg1187604.html#msg1187604 ever get resolved? Sounds the same as this one. The US stats were excellent back in that thread.
@mods - merit in merging the threads for continuity?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

To be correct No it didn't get fully resolved. However it did improve slightly. its frustrating trying to work from home and on a VOIP call and it drops. Also I cannot call PlusNet as the VOIP is so poor.
I would say yes merge this thread.
