Profiel check/reset request?

Back in late December I found some issues with my office phone wiring and have connected my router directly onto the master socket. Modem sync has leapt to 3.7mbps from around 0.6mbps and I assumed the profiles (BT and PN) would come up to speed after a while.
I ran BT speedchecker today and it shows 3.7M sync, but IP profile is only 1M and actual d/l was 470K
Can you check if there's any problems with the profile?

Hi Adam,
Once your BT IP profile lifts then we can lift ours. Let us know when it goes up. I've set it to 1000 for now as it was on 500, hence the 470k you were getting.
