Products billed separately

Hello
I moved from essential to home phone and option 2 (with whatever is the lowest cost tariff on home phone) but noticed I was billed 9.75 which I assume is the line rental and then 14.65 which is the option 2 I assume.
Will they continue to be billed separately or is this just because the change was made mid billing cycle?

Hi Mitch,
You should receive a bill for a pro rata payment to bring your billing dates in line after which point you should just receive the one invoice per month for both services.
From what I can tell, your next invoice should be a combined one, but feel free to shout up if you continue to receive two invoices per month and I'll see what I can do.
