Product Change

Hi
Very simple question , i have been with PN for quite a long time and have just changed from Broadband Your Way to PN Premium will i be sent a new router or will i have to continue with my current one as i am not a new customer. Many Thanks

You will only get a new router if you ask for one.
If you do you will need to pay £6.99 for post and packaging and pay the cost (£40 I think) if you leave within 12 months

Hi there,
As Jim says, you can request a new router by raising a ticket if you're happy to pay the £6.99 fee.
