My mother-in-law has just requested a change of Home Phone product which caused a ticket to be raised (no. 28284341) on her account saying that the automated discount for her broadband (Market 1&2 discount) had been cancelled and it may be necessary to manually apply the discount on the next two billing dates.
However, she's a bit concerned at the "No action required" response to the ticket!
Will her two months of remaining discount still be applied?

Hi Paul,
I've reapplied the discount.
It's a relatively simple mistake to make. Discounts aren't carried over to the new product if the discounts are from the broadband service. however, because the discounts were being applied against the Home Phone service, they should have been carried over, which I've now done.
