Problems with IPlayer & Unlimited & Value

Apologies, my mistake.
iPlayer downloads should revert to a speed of approximately 62KB/s during the peak times of the day.  Deending on the business of the network at the time will impact the speeds.
So yes, 24/32KB/s would be a little on the slow side.

Ok, thanks, I'll just have to remember to do my downloading in the mornings, no big deal...
It'll be nice to be able to stream, though, when things get sorted out...

Can you try the streaming again please? We changed the iPlayer sig this morning so hopefully will be picking it all up correctly now.

strange as the couple of times over the weekend i checked am sure they was 0x80

(a) Was the new sig. put on the 21CN gateway?
(b) Did you do a reconnect to make sure you'd picked up any changes

Nah nothing to do with that at all.
Dave casme over and explained it to me but it's related to the signature itself, rather than where it was actually being deployed.

looking at my  vmbu which i didnt over the weekend it now starts from today where on thurs it was the 2nd. so looks as tho my request on friday to be put back on the workaround was actioned but i wasnt imformed.
well jelv. option B would of been done if dave has switched me beetween profiles today plus daves told me before the reconnect is not needed to pick the changes up
would'nt surrpise me if daves got the switchers adding my name to my packets

I believe you were moved back as per your request on Friday and then moved back to Unlimited again today so you could test the new profile.

Just wiresharked Alex from Franz Ferdinand on IPlayer. It's 0x80 all along. Wahey! Did you actually fix it or is it a coincidence? 
PS: Against that, my 7 year old daughter just told me I looked ridiculous, as I was dancing mindlessly to Matinee...
