Problems with IPlayer & Unlimited

i know its pain blue but iam sure it would help dave out getting sum wireshark caps an which gateway you are connected when you see iplayer as 0x60 before jumpin on the asbo bandwagon (i had to stick it out for a few weeks as i was the first and only one to see 0x60 till now)
to see which gateway your currently connected to http://usertools.plus.net/@gateway/ and if you have or do any wireshark caps try to start em of just before the bbc 1,2,3 ect intro bit an couple of seconds of the main stream is enough if you get 0x60's on any of them raise an incorrect traffic mangment ticket and add the capture file and what gateway ect you was on

I've asked Dave to have another look at this this morning.
Sorry - It's a bit manic for me this morning!  We (or rather one of my housemates) did some gardening last night. Although he does look about 14 so I suppose he counts as a kid...

Tried to raise a ticket and attach Wireshark capture but failed: 'Sorry, your attached file has been rejected. For security reasons we can only accept text, email, image or office document files.'
What do I do?

I just attached 3 .pcap files with no problem - odd

My capture is 20 seconds long exactly. Is that too heavy perhaps? Should I do a shorter one?
Edit: or zip it? Will try that.
2nd edit: No luck, how about a screenshot, would that be any good?

my largest one was 3.4MB smallest  528kB

I have posted my Wireshark results
Question topic: Incorrect Traffic Management | ID: 29187282
Telehouse North, Juniper 5" gateway. This gateway is sometimes known as thn-ag2
I found that iPlayer was stuttering a fair bit at even this time of day.
BTW, my first attempt at sending a .pcap file failed (it was a little over 5MB). A second file of under 3MB went OK. I wonder whether there is a 4MB limit same as for posting files here?
