Problems with BT Speedtester

Frequently when using the above after verification of my user name and just as the test is to start I get this message:
Exception: connection refused: connect.
The test then runs to the stage where it says:
No. of threads are 16! Progress 96%
and that's as far as it goes.  I am able to run another test immediately afterwards, sometimes successfully and sometimes with the result as described above.
Has this happened to anyone else recently?

Re: Problems with BT Speedtester

Thanks Jim.  Just tried it but of course it was less than an hour ago when I managed a successful test so I'll have to wait a while before trying it.    I've added it to my favourites though.

Re: Problems with BT Speedtester

It worked first time so let's hope that's solved the problem.  Once again, many thanks Oldjim

Re: Problems with BT Speedtester

thanks for that link, Jim.
I've had a few problems with the BT speedchecker recently, too. What was more frustrating is that, even though a test was never succesfuly completed, on refreshing the page and trying again I was usually met with the 1 hour wait.
Your link worked first time with no gliches.
Cheers
