Why does my internet keep getting kicked out? This morning I had to press the button at the back of the router to turn it off then on again, then it works! This has been happening since I renewed my membership couple months ago

I'm sorry to see your broadband is dropping out.
I've tested your line today and the tests aren't showing the cause for this. Based on how long you've had your router, I've arranged to send you an upgraded router now you should get within the next 3 to 5 working days.
Can you let us know how it goes once you've got it?
