Problems Tonight?

Hello
Broadband seems to be randomly disconnecting tonight - tried to phone support and a message says that there are issues and to reboot router.  Seems to work on the third try.  Also notice for the last 2 nights it has disconnected in the middle of the night?
Are there ongoing issues at the moment?  I'm not sure form the service status if problems should have now been resolved?

As you may have noticed from the service status posts we have had some issues with a particular gateway which could have caused the issue you experienced.
Further work is due to happen surrounding this today so it should impact you any further, sorry for any inconvenience.
