Problem with upload tonight(peak time) or lack of it

What's happening i have no upstream throughput no FTP , speed test sites stall or fail to load you tube fails to stream content , but downstream is working as it normally does
here's a little proof if it will upload of course ,
@ 22:44 well upstream throughput seems  restored  now , though the think broadband speed test won't give me a correct result for upstream, always 7.89mbps  or less  seems it's baulked for me for some dumb reason , unless there are other Plusnet customers who get the same capped upstream results from the think broadband speed tester? Funny though it used to work fine until around 2mths ago,

Hi deathtrap,
That's really odd, I've run a few checks and can't see anything obvious that might have caused that. Just let us know if that happens again for some reason.

Will do, here's a tbb speedtest result  with under 50% of actual upload result and this is consistent on tbb ,also the latency is double or over the normal value, very odd why it would do this
