Problem with uncapping upload speed

I've recently requested that my upload speed be uncapped from 448Kbps but it has been more than 5 working days and still nothing. Has anyone else had such a request take this long?

It looks like there was an issue with the uncapping order, I've now placed another one and this will uncap your upload speed tomorrow.
