Guys, ive just tried getting through on this number:

and got the busy tone, is there a problem with the number, or are you really busy just now

Hi,
We do seem to be extremely busy right now, with it being the first business day for everyone in Scotland and the second day for the rest of the country (that can actually tolerate hangovers) I would expect it to be rather busy.
We have a limit to the number of inbound and outbound telephone connections that we can make, hence why you'll have received the engaged tone.
I'm really sorry about this, but if you try a bit later, you should get through fine.

In fact, any time I have a problem, I am going to ring at 1am...its less busy... must say though I like the hold music... unfortunately, Im back to the start of the tracks again...
