Problem with SSH on BBYW Pro

Over the course of the last few months I've been having intermittent problems connecting over SSH to my webhost's servers. I fire up PuTTY, try and connect, and I get the error "Server unexpectedly closed the connection". I've spoken to them about it, and they don't believe that there's a problem on their end (I'm tempted to agree since I've also seen it at least once with a separate webhost and I don't much believe in coincidences!). I'm wondering if this is traffic management related.
It generally happens around 8-9pm and goes away after 10 minutes or so, but it's annoying to say the least.
I have a wireshark trace if that helps identify the issue?

Hi Talpa,
I'm not aware of any SSH related issues.
What sort of traffic does the wireshark shopw the capture as?

The traffic appears to be put in the following differentiated services class which I would have thought was fairly high priority.
0x80
I can send the full trace if you want?

Yep -0x80 is Gold, which is correct for SSH traffic.
If you attach it to the ticket, it should be looked at accordingly.  Once you've done that, I can make sure it's in the right place Smiley
