Problem with Broadband order

Hi, I placed an order yesterday for Fibre Unlimited, But it seems that there is a problem with my line. I've given PL my MAC that O2 gave me last Monday.
I was on O2 LLU if that helps. Thanks for any help.

Hi there,
I've run checks against the mac key and the phone number submitted and can't see any issues so that may just meant that we need to place the order manually for you so I'd not worry.
Our provisioning team will pick this up and respond to ticket 67312499 ASAP.

On my support tick it now says that my order has been cancelled and is still awaiting an answer.

There seems to be an issue with our suppliers ordering system at the moment so I'll come back to this later for you.

It was an issue with ECO+, your order is still on track for the 3rd April 8am-1pm.
