Problem since moving to plusnet pro product(SOLVED)

Since i moved to this product my speed has dropped drastically from 6.5mbps to barely 1mbps,i checked the gateway checker and in my router it says pcl,ag04,yet with the plusnet tool it says gateway unknown?related to the problems with this particular gateway or something more sinister?

Re: Problem since moving to plusnet pro product

Not good guys, well ive been getting help from a member of staff in another thread and i think its my router that was at fault, ive too keep an eye on my line for an intermittent connection fault as when the plusnet staff tried to do a test on my line it was not possible,i powered down and plugged up an old belkin i had and my speeds have came back to normal.
Another line test however says i have a copper line fault but at that time of the test a loop fault,so some progress, everything was fine right up till yesterday.
