Problem sending email to tiscali account

When I send an email to a friend who has an account with Tiscali, the email disappears, she doesn't receive it and I get no bounce message.  I am using relay.plus.net to send email. Any ideas?

Does the message get through if you send it using Webmail?

I haven't tried that, but I will give it a go and report back. I opened a Google mail account, and have been using that to contact her.

I'd be looking at Tiscali's spam filtering.

Ask your friend to login in and check what Tiscali's spam settings are on their account.

I have news. The two emails I sent via webmail arrived.
