Problem, Modem not synchronising, need HELP!!

I've been having intermittent syncing problems and it's not  syncing at all.
I reset the modem and did a quick setup with the setting I got off the plusnet website, still no joy
Can someone please help?

The CRT forum staff are not here on Sundays.. You could try chat or ringing support. However reporting a fault at http://faults.plus.net is probably the way to go. The troubleshooter should cope with the connection not being from your own line.

Hi Jim,
A warm welcome to the forums.
Is there a dial tone on the phone?
Is the phone line noisy?  Dial 17070 option 2.
If there is no dial tone or there is noise, then in the first instance raise a phone fault report.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
