Pro addon , web hosting?

If i added the "Pro" addon to my fibre broadband would i have no problem hosting my own website from my pc?
Some residential broadband isp's dont allow this but by the looks of it, the pro addon is for that?

Matt you can host a website at home even if you don't have the Pro add-on.

I know its possible technically , but ive heard lots who have been cutoff by the isp due to the massive traffic?

We manage our traffic so that certain things such as Streaming and Gaming for example are prioritised over things such as P2P.
