Printing E mails in O E 6

I am unable to print my messages in O E 6 the print tabs dont respond at all, This has worked in the past , so think I may have disabled something Any help apppreciated Thank You  Ed

Let's do this in a methodical fashion.
Is the printer plugged in and switched on?
Can you print from any other utilities on your computer?

Yes Yes Yes ,I can copy and paste the messages to Word, but no response if I click the printer picture at the top of an E mail or use file-print

What happens if you try Ctrl + P, or select PRINT from the file menu?

Nothing , but I can print my Yahoo mail (web mail)

I meant in Outlook Express.

I cant print in O E that is my problem, Also I have now found that my System Restore is completely blank, Thanks

In O E  if I press  Ctrl/ P  a box comes up with script error, unable to remove this unless I close O E
