Pretty disappointed

I'm finding it hard to believe how many times within the last 24 hours access has dropped. I'd say about 7-8 times now there's been 'no network access'..... Is this a regular occurance and do other folks have problems like this?
I'm still waiting for someone to sort out billing problems(in my first month) and I'm really beginning to regret starting with Plusnet. Poor show so far, chappies!

Hi holmesgroove,
Can you tell me what the issues are with your billing as I don't see anything obvious there. As far as the connection goes I can only see one drop in the last ten days (see visual below) Are you using ethernet or wireless connection?

This is very strange then as I can assure you that it has dropped as many times as I mentioned. I've had to disconnect and reconnect again. I'm using wireless. I'll keep an eye out for the times it happens from now on and report back.
