Have you tried putting your mobile phone in both the phone and mobile phone fields?
Not at all certain this helps but have you tried your UPRN number or the BBEU number in the tests. UPRN can be found using the following website while your BBEU can be found under Manage my Account in your PN Portal.

Yes to both. What I haven't done is tried the Help text service using BBEU instead of phone number
@IngeJones tested it and it has found a fault on the line externally so I have sent this over to Openreach. It should be fixed within 72 hours.
